What makes it a social enterprise?
Tali ti Amianan collects beach WASTE, trash and other interesting things like old, worn out cotton tees, post-consumer canvas cloth from their local San Juan beach and other beaches to UPCYCLE the process of converting waste materials or useless products into new materials or products of better quality, or better environmental value to provide SUSTAINABILITY to help local San Juan surfers put food on the table for their families specially during the surfing off-season, to keep elders away from illegal gambling, and to empower women in the community through their creativity.
