Bayani Brew

About the organization

Bayani Brew is a social enterprise that produces all Filipino, all-delicious, all-nutritious iced tea! It advocates the use of indigenous ingredients such as lemongrass, pandan, and sweet potato tops which are the main ingredients of “Bayani Brew Classic” and “Bayani Brew Purple Leaf.” Bayani Brew wants to be remembered not only for its refreshing beverages, but also as part of a movement brewing a new breed of Filipinos crazy in love with their country.

Bayani Brew was developed by the nanays (mothers) of Gawad Kalinga’s Enchanted Farm whose traditional brews were passed on by the grandmothers before them. They are available in several locations throughout Philippines and come in different flavours:

The Bayani Brew Purple Leaf is a concoction of all-natural sweet potato purple leaf tops with additions of calamansi.

The Bayani Brew Kick-ass Lemongrass (Classic) is brewed from all-natural lemongrass and pandan.
