About the organization
MUNI is a community of cause-driven creatives and entrepreneurs for mindful living. They empower people to take more ownership of their personal choices in how they shop, eat, travel, live and work, and its corresponding impact on community and the planet.
MUNI organizes MUNI Markets and MUNI Meetups across the Philippines. The MUNI Markets showcase healthy, local, and eco-friendly products and services from various business, including many social enterprises.
The MUNI meetups allow social entrepreneurs and cause-driven creative individuals to mingle and develop connections among each other.
MUNI was founded by Jen Horn and comes from the Filipino word “muni-muni“, which means to think, ponder, muse, or reflect.
